Captain Jay Allen (c. 1948–1990) was the police captain of the Central City Police Department.

Jay was also the son of Henry Allen and Nora Allen, the older brother of Barry Allen, the husband of Eve Allen and the father of Shawn Allen.

Biography

Jay was born in 1948 to Henry Allen and Nora Allen. He had a younger brother named Barry Allen.

In adulthood, Jay joined the Central City Police Department. He was the partner of Nicholas Pike until Pike became corrupt and Jay turned him in. Jay eventually rose to become captain of the CCPD.

At one point in Jay's life, he met and married Eve. The couple had a son named Shawn.

Death

In 1990, Jay was killed by Pike who wanted to get revenge on him.^[1]
