Balcomb is the principal of Smallville High School.
Biography
When several Smallville Crows players started using X-Kryptonite to get stronger, Timmy Ryan and Jonathan Kent were eventually discovered and Balcomb kicked them off the team.[1]
Balcomb later informed Mayor Lana Lang about the mold in Smallville High School.[2]
