"Time Trapper" was an entropy-powered entity.
Biography
At some point in time, Time Trapper became known to John Diggle, who used their entropy abilities to make a weapon later used against the Godspeeds in Central City.[1] Cisco Ramon later built a synthetic one based off of the Time Trapper's powers.[2]
