The Negative Still Force is the opposite of the positive Still Force. Much like it, the Negative Still Force allows its user to travel to any point in time they desire, but it centers around negative emotions. Its physical avatar is a negative version of Deon Owens.
Overview
While the Negative Speed Force is based around motion, moving forward, and negative emotions, the Negative Still Force is centered around stagnation, reversion, negative emotions and perpetuation, thus as the two are opposites to the Speed Force and the Still Force.
History

In November 2021, the Negative Still Force was used by Eobard Thawne to rewrite Barry Allen's life, leading to a possible 2031 where Despero saw the Flash causing the end of the world from running too fast. Thawne's first act was to kill Joe West, making Barry seem like he blocked the memory out of grief. Thawne then planted fake evidence that Barry worked for Joseph Carver to get him fired from the CCPD and damaged the radiation sensors at S.T.A.R. Labs, while destabilizing the reactor which condemned the building and cut off Team Flash's resources, while also forcing Gideon to deactivate.[1][2]

Due to knowing that Barry would cut Thawne off from the Negative Speed Force and unset the cosmic balance, the Negative Still Force infected Iris West-Allen with a time sickness during the war with Godspeed earlier, turning her into a ticking time bomb.[3]
The Negative Still Force covered up Thawne creating the Reverse Flashpoint timeline to make Deon undo the treatments on Iris due to the fact the plan would fall apart without her randomly falling through time. After Barry undid many of Thawne's changes with Damien Darhk's time stone, it began waiting for Iris go on to infect Deon, which infected and weakened Bashir Malik, Alexa Rivera and the Speed Force as well.[4]
Without the positive Forces to interfere, the Negative Still Force tried to displace Barry in the Still Force before personally helping Thawne.[5][6] Alongside the Negative Sage Force and the Negative Strength Force, the Negative Still Force entered the endgame by killing Thawne. After a time remnant of Eobard absorbed a connection to the Negative Speed Force from Meena Dhawan, the Negative Still Force used Iris to take a lightning bolt blast from Barry. Iris's dead body dissolved into particles which caused Eobard to undergo a metamorphosis where his "true" version was resurrected and ripped himself out of his time remnant.[4]

Afterwards, the Negative Still Force (along with the other Negative Forces) gave all of its powers to Thawne to "tip the scales". However, Barry gets enhanced with the positive Forces which ultimately results in Thawne's demise due to being overloaded by the Negative Forces' energies.[3]
Physical manifestations
Lightning colorations
- Green: The Negative Still Force has the same natural color as its positive counterpart, manifesting as green. This color is shown when the Negative Still Force appears in a lightning form and when manifesting within its physical avatar.
Eye colorations
- Black: The Negative Still Force can also demonstrate different eye colorations, as when manifesting itself as "Deon Owens", its eye color can change to black.

- Bioluminescence: By tapping into the power of the Negative Still Force, it can cause their eyes to transform and glow a black shade.
- Time travel: Negative Still Force users can use it to travel back in time, though differently.
- Rapid aging: Negative Still Force users have the ability to rapidly increase a person's natural aging process, forcing them to age as much as a thousand years in a few seconds.

- As the Positive and Negative versions of the Speed Force have always existed, the Positive Still Force was created by Barry Allen and Iris West-Allen so it's likely the Negative Still Force was created at the same time.
- Unlike the Still Force's isotopes, the Negative Still Force's isotopes don't grow but decay.
- The Negative Still Force is the second negative version of a force of nature to appear.
- The Negative Still Force began its plan to restore the Negative Speed Force's avatar by infecting Iris with the time sickness.
- This may have been its own backup plan, as the Time Wraiths dropped a time remnant of Eobard Thawne off to create the BLOC and be the new avatar. Given that the regular Still Force can monitor all of time, it more than likely foresaw Eobard's time remnant giving up that chance in order to save Meena Dhawan.
