- "My fellow Americans, today our way of life, our world, almost came to an end. An entity known as the Anti-Monitor attacked Earth intent on its destruction. Thankfully, we were saved by Earth's greatest heroes, who came together when we needed them the most. Never before has there been such a threat. Their unity and strength should be an example for us all. I'm told this assembly was led by Star City's Oliver Queen, otherwise known as the Green Arrow. We give thanks to these brave women and men who, with great tenacity, tireless work, and the utmost courage, put their lives on the line for our country, our planet. While in a hard-fought battle, loss is expected. It never gets any easier, so it is with great sadness that I must inform you that Oliver Queen sacrificed his life for our world's survival. He is known to us as the first of our heroes, and while this is a devastating loss, we can take solace in knowing that he lived as he died, with honor. I ask all of you to join me in a moment of silence to honor him now. A grateful nation thanks you, Mr. Queen. May you finally find rest in the hereafter. God bless you, and God bless the United States of America. Good night."

Biography

Anti-Monitor Crisis
In December 2019, Shaw had a meeting with the Democratic Party. However, immediately after the CDC advertised its testing services on the Galaxy Broadcasting System Network, Shaw as well as everyone in the multiverse except for the seven Paragons, was killed in an antimatter wave by the Anti-Monitor on December 10, 2019,[1] only to be restored a month later, after the Paragons and the Spectre created a new universe.[2]
New multiverse
Prior to 2020, Lex and Lena Luthor often defended Supergirl to President Shaw regarding the justification of the superheroine's actions.[2]
In January 2020, Shaw gave a live speech on Channel 52 about the Anti-Monitor's attack and Oliver Queen's sacrifice, asking the people to honor him with a moment of silence.[2]
Odell mentioned that he plays golf with the President.[3]
In February 2021, Shaw had another meeting with the Democratic Party.[4]
By late 2021, Shaw was no longer serving as President of the United States, having been succeeded by an unnamed man.[5]

Trivia
- According to "Marathon", Olivia Marsdin was the President as of 2018, so it is unknown how Shaw succeeded her by 2020 in the Timeline of Earth-Prime.
- However, if events on Earth-Prime unfolded similarly to what was shown in Season 4 of Supergirl, it's possible that Shaw fulfilled the role of either Plastino, who took office after Phil Baker was impeached, or Baker himself, as Lex Luthor wasn't a convicted terrorist on Earth-Prime.
- As Shaw finished her Presidential term sometime between February 2021 and the end of that year, it is feasible that she succeeded Marsdin either directly or following Baker. This timeline would suggest that Marsdin was elected sometime in 2017. Such a timeline would not contradict the established presidential history of Earth-Prime.
- This would also be reasonably consistent with the presidential history of Earth-38, with Marsdin having started her second term around the time that Cat Grant became her press secretary.
- This will also fit well after the presidential history of Earth-1, if Traveler was abducted by the Dominators during the invasion, and Susan Brayden temporarily took office as the vice president.
- Shaw's speech mentioning Oliver Queen as the "first of our heroes" is a meta-reference to how the whole series of the Arrowverse TV shows began with him.
