Nylander is a former member of the Jackals.

Biography

Nylander was initially seen as an old friend of Slade Wilson who helped him in some things in the past; however, Slade discovered that he was involved around disappearance of his son Joe Wilson and that he was the apparent leader of a criminal group called Jackals, but he was revealed to be a henchman to an actual leader - Slade's son Joe.[1] He participated in putting the explosives in Kasnia's water supply in order to destabilize the country, but he was defeated by Oliver Queen and arrested by the Kasnian authorities, including other members of the Jackals, except for Joe who escaped.[2]

It is unknown what happened to him after the destruction of the multiverse and recreation of the universe.
