Detective Kevin is a police detective of the Gotham City Police Department.
Biography
At some point, Kevin joined the GCPD and became a detective.
In 2021, Kevin went to interrogate one of the victims of the new Mad Hatter in the sewers of Gotham when he found Renee Montoya, and questioned her about the Rogues Unit.[1]
