Kendra (died 1941 or 1944) was a reincarnation of the Egyptian priestess Chay-Ara. She was the wife of a late unnamed man.

Biography

Kendra and her husband lived in Iowa City; Iowa in 1941. Kendra walked in on him practicing with his mace, getting annoyed at him for forgetting their previous anniversaries. He handed her the mace, urging that she practice with it in case he was killed by Vandal Savage.^[1]

In 1944, she worked as a shipyard welder.^[2]

She was eventually reincarnated as Kendra Saunders.^[1]

Powers

• Reincarnation: the ancient Egyptian knife that killed Kendra in her original incarnation as Chay-Ara had an unusual effect on her soul and that of her lover, Khufu. The couple is stuck in a seemingly endless cycle of death and rebirth through the ages. This allowed Kendra to deceive death and live through the centuries, succeeding in achieving her goals in the next life. Kendra was also able to remember what had happened to her in previous lives.
