Jul-Us is a member of the High Council of Argo.[1]
Biography
When Kara Zor-El arrived on Argo asking the Council for a piece of the Black Rock, he was one of the members who voted against giving it as it would compromise Argo's survival and he doubted of the existence of the Worldkillers.[1]

- Kryptonian physiology: Normally, like all Kryptonians, Jul-Us' capabilities were no greater than a normal human of his physical conditioning. If he had been charged by the energy of a blue or yellow sun and metabolized into his body though, he would have become able to perform various inhuman feats. However, this never happened as Jul-Us wasn't ever exposed to a sun different to the Kryptonians' natural red one.
