Jeremiah Arkham (died 2021) was a member of the Black Glove Society and profiteer of Arkham Asylum. He was killed by Marquis Jet.

Biography

Early life

At some point, Jeremiah joined the Black Glove Society, a secret organization of Gotham's elite dedicated to finding cures for their unstable children.^[1]

Kidnapped and death

Years later, Jeremiah was the target of Marquis Jet's revenge for being one of the "victims" of the Black Glove Society. He was kidnapped and blindfolded along with the other members of the organization. Marquis took them to a hideout, where he killed Jeremiah.^[1]

• In the DC comics, Jeremiah Arkham is a prominent psychologist and the head administrator at Arkham Asylum who later became the second Black Mask. He debuted in Batman: Shadow of the Bat #1 (June, 1992).
  • In the Post-Crisis continuity of DC Comics, Jeremiah is the nephew of Amadeus Arkham, the founder of the Elizabeth Arkham Asylum for the Criminally Insane.
