History

A notorious assassin, John Corben had links to Intergang, Kaznian terrorists, and a genocide that occurred in Corto Maltese. he is wanted by such organizations in various countries; including - the United States (Earth-38)'s D.E.O., C.I.A. (Earth-38), & FBI (Earth-38), Earth (Earth-38)'s Interpol, Germany's BND, Israel's Mossad, the ASIS, China (Earth-38)'s MSS, the GRLS, and Ireland's CIS-SIGINT.^[1]

In late 2019 while visiting Mexico City (Earth-38) in Mexico, William Dey reveals that he helped Elena Torres fake her death because she thought "they" were onto her and that he needed to keep her safe, and that Sergio Ramos is actually a member of Interpol, and is just undercover in Intergang (Earth-38), and that he helped get Elena out.^[2]
