History

ISIS is a terrorist organization operating in Middle Eastern (Afro-Asian) countries such as Syria, Lybia, and Iraq. They were linked by the United States' Central Intelligence Agency to two separate chemical attacks in Mosul and Tripoli. The attacks were likely connected to Onyx Adams and her grudge against the members of her CIA black ops squad who defected back to the federal government after she went rogue. Whether ISIS was credited for the attacks mistakenly, or worked together with Onyx, is left to be speculated.^[2]
