"Against other things, it is possible to obtain security, but when it comes to death, we human beings all live in an unwalled city."
Epicurus's aphorism[src]

Greece was a country on the Earth (Earth-38), nearby/in close proximity to Turkey. The country was destroyed during the Anti-Monitor Crisis, when a wave of antimatter wiped out the whole universe of Earth-38.[1]

History

Ancient times

One of its ancient mythological gods was Hades, deity of the underworld.[2] Aristotle[3] (384-322 BC) and Epicurus[4] (341-270 BC) were two known philosophers that lived in ancient Greece, the former known by Mon-El up to 2017-3011 and the latter known by Lex Luthor up to 2015-2019. Phillip of Macedon also fathered Alexander the Great in approximately 359 BC, who conquered the region and was hence Alexander Luthor's namesake.[5]

Modern day

In 201?, Turkey and Greece faced a refugee crisis that caused the E.U. intelligence to urge orderly security procedures for refugees at the borders, in light of security risks.[6]

In late 2019, the planet Earth (Earth-38) was disintegrated by a wave of antimatter that destroyed the whole universe of Earth-38, likely including Greece.[1]
