Biography
At some point, Clemens became the deputy sheriff of Midvale.
One morning in 2007, Clemens and Sheriff Ronald Collins found Kenny Li dead in the woods and worked to investigate his murder. When Kara Danvers arrived on the scene, Clemens and Collins prevented her from coming closer to the crime scene.
Later that day, Clemens and Collins questioned Kenny's parents, Lloyd and Amy Li, on their son's murder.[1]
