Arthur Light is a former scientist of S.T.A.R. Labs.
Biography
During his time at S.T.A.R. Labs, Arthur built a weapon that produced energy blasts. However, he was eventually fired by Dr. Harrison Wells in 2012 due to his apparent insanity.[1]
