The Americas were the westernmost continental landmass on the Earth (Earth-2), prior to Earth-2's destruction via antimatter. It could also be considered as split into North and South America, joined together by an isthmus. A part of the continent including North America's westernmost regions, had a coast facing the Pacific Ocean, while the east coast of its regions such as South America's, faced the Atlantic Ocean. The continent was home to a few countries in the Northern Hemisphere, including the United States of America (USA). It was located across the Pacific Ocean from Asia, and across the Atlantic Ocean from Europe (Earth-2) and Africa (Earth-2).

History

A conflict called the War of the Americas happened sometime during the 20th century. James Zolomon participated in the war, wearing a silver kettle helmet.[1][2] The war was eventually pictured as a backdrop for the Central City (Earth-2) Police Department.[3]
